Opteka 0.20X Super AF Fisheye Lens for Canon EOS Camera

Opteka 0.20X Super AF Fisheye Lens box doesn't say it works for only Canon but it works with any Canon EOS DSLR cameras. It's only $49.95 so its cheap and its made in China not Japan. You can't buy a High quality Fisheye Lens which is made in Japan for a $50. Canon EF 15mm f/2.8 Fisheye Lens alone cost you around $650.

But it doesn't mean Opteka 0.20X Super AF Fisheye Lens is bad. It's a fact you can't expect the sharpness and same quality like from a real Canon or other high end brand Fisheye lens but to have some fun experimenting with a wide angle, fisheye lens before purchasing a 600 to 900 dollar professional option, this Opteka 0.20X Super AF Fisheye Lens is great.

Lexar Platinum II 16 GB CompactFlash Memory Card has problems ?

It seems Lexar Platinum II 16 GB CompactFlash Memory Cards might give you trouble if you try to do shoot in continuous mode. It might cause file corruption. This is pretty bad since Lexar is known for quality memory cards. But Better avoid buying this Lexar Platinum II 16 GB CompactFlash Memory Card though its very cheap ($40).

I can recommend you Photofast G-Monster 533X Compact Flash CF cards which are more reliable and even faster.You can read about these file corruption problems at Amazon.com customer reviews. But these problems are about photos but not for videos. So for videos Lexar Platinum II 16 GB CompactFlash Memory Cards might be still good.

But Lot expensive than usual SDHC cards which we use mainly for compact cameras. CF card price can be different depending on brand and speed. Since CF cards are usualy used by professional photographers who care about speed, quality and safetly of photos, price is not a bit problem.

    These days seldom people use SD memory cards since all new cameras are using SDHC memory cards. SDHC memory cards are faster than SD memory cards so no point of using old, slow SD memory cards. 

    But SD memory cards are in market because old  digital cameras are not compatible with new SDHC memory cards. One good thing about SD memory cards are they are soo cheaper than SDHC cards. Here are few SD memory cards which are available in Amazon.com.
